Briefly introduce yourself: Who are you and what do you do?

My name is Anna Hinckel and I come from the beautiful Palatinate. After my high school diploma, I was drawn to the city: I’ve been living in Mannheim for almost a year. Since I always look for challenges in my life, I’m all the more looking forward to starting my integrated degree program at alugha

Which three words describe you best?

Open, caring, sarcastic

How are you different now than you were ten years ago? 

Actually, I still have much in common with the Anna who was about to graduate from elementary school exactly 10 years ago.

Back then, I already knew that the easiest way wasn’t always the best one for me and so only I decided to visit a school far away. Even today, I look forward to new faces and unknown situations.

What is your favourite thing to do in your freetime? 

Taking pictures - of course! Handiwork is also a lot of fun and proved to be advantageous in one or two shootings.

I also value regularly meeting my friends and family highly. A month without game night - unimaginable!

What are your tasks at alugha?

I will be an inherent part of the creative team starting from October. Prior to that, I’m doing a three-month internship to be perfectly prepared for my studies.

What guided you to alugha?

I’ve already known the Korz family since they moved to our cozy little town in Palatinate, Niklas attended my class and we became friends. We stayed in touch after elementary school, and so it happened that I did my internship in the 9th grade at hotodi. From that moment, I knew that I wanted to pursue a creative career.

Why do you like being an alughian?

I like being an alughian because, here, among these many wackos (yes, creative people are wacky), I found a place where I felt comfortable from day one.

Where do you see yourself and the company in the future?

I see the company at the top, because I do not only see the potential in the service but in each and every colleague! A review of the past three years alone shows that nothing is impossible at alugha. Getting to be a part of that makes me proud!

What is your own big dream?

Down the road, I want to look back at something I created and I can be proud of. Something I can show my kids and fascinate them with.
