Planter har et transportsystem for å flytte ting rundt.
Xylem beveger vann og oppløste stoffer, fra røttene til bladene i en prosess kjent som transpirasjon.
Phloem flytter glukose og aminosyrer fra bladene rundt planten, i en prosess kjent som translokasjon.
Xylem og floem er ordnet i grupper som kalles vaskulære bunter. Arrangementet er litt annerledes i røttene til stilkene. Xylem består av døde celler, mens floemet består av levende celler.

In this video, we are going to look at parallel lines. To find the equation of parallel lines, we still use the y=mx + c equation, and because they have the same gradient, we know straight away that the gradient ‘m’ will be the same. We then just need to find the missing y-intercept ‘c’ value.
