أنا كاتارينا وأحاول هنا أن أنظّم الفوضّى وأرتبها .
ما هي الكلمات المفتاحية الثلاث التي تصفُكِ بشكل دقيق ؟
منظّمة , هادئة, ساخرة
ما هو الشيء المفضل لديكِ للقيام به في أوقات فراغك؟
العائلة والأصدقاء مهمون جداً بالنسبة لي , إلى جانب أنّني أحب السباحة والقراءة.
ما الذي قادكِ إلى آلوغا؟
لقد أخبرني بيرند و ايتامار عن آلوغا , عندما كنت أبحث عن مشاريع جديدة. كنتُ حينها متحمسة جداً للفكرة وقد قبلت العمل فوراً لأنني أحب أن أخوض تحدّيات جديدة و لأنني مرنة بالوقت حيث كنت كشخص مستقلّ .
ما هي مهامك هنا وما هو انطباعك عن العمل ؟
أقوم بالتنظيم وترتيب البنية والتخلّص من الفوضى, كلّ مشروع يجب أن يتم مناقشته والتخطيط له ومعالجته, حيث تكون عملية التنظيم مهمتي الأساسية.
ما هو الشيء المفضل بالنسبة لك في العمل هنا ؟
الفريق رائع جداً والعمل معهم عبارة عن متعة . يمكنك العمل على أشياء مختلفة و توكل لك مهمة ذات أهمية عالية .
ماذا عن رؤيتك لمستقبلك ومستقبل الشركة ؟
أنا أؤمن بآلوغا بأنها ستصبح شيئاً كبيراً . المستقبل سيظهر كيف ستتطور وتستمر .
ما هو الحلم الكبير الخاص بك ؟
منزل صغير مباشرة خلف تلّة مائية .
