That's why we constantly develop, tweak, update and expand our tools and features. Big changes and new feature releases will be announced via email and in our blog section, but there are a lot of improvements happening on a daily basis that you might have missed. We also enjoy receiving your feedback so that we can integrate your ideas into our platform. Send your ideas and feature requests to: support@alugha.com

You can read up on the latest changes below.

May has been an exciting month, we especially focused on stability, performance, usability, and the dubbr, of course. So far, we published our change logs every two weeks, now we will do so once a month. To be closer to our developing team, we list our sprint planing - however, there will be updates that are huge and will be announced when everything is ready for you!

Sprint #9 - April 27 - May 11

  • Improvement → Our Appsumo customers are now able to activate codes whenever they need an additional one at any time.
  • Improvement → You can now search for articles in your language on our blog page.
  • Improvement → Exporting subtitles or transcripts has been a bit confusing. We optimized our workflow so that you reach your wished result much faster.
  • Fix & Improvement → Long videos and transcripts blocked the dubbr.
Thats a Big Update! With this update we raised our dubbr's performance up to 3,000% in regard to videos that are over 10 minutes long. Importing transcripts created by our AI could take several minutes if it contained more than 1,000 segments. For our test video which was 60 minutes long, it took almost 5 minutes. After the update it was done in about 10 seconds!
  • Fix → In video overview the “unsubscribe” button was partly covered - that didn't look great.
  • Improvement → Editing a watchlist was complicated. Now it's only one click. Create and edit right away.
  • Fix → Another button problem on the marketplace in Arabic language and RTL text.
  • Fix → Collaborators weren't able to record audio segments.
  • Fix → After deleting a video the forward/back buttons didn't work anymore.
  • Fix → “Emtpy Stage” popped up while loading “My videos” page.
  • Fix → Wrong z-index on video cards. Now everythings looks beautiful.
  • Improvement → Values in tables are now aligned to the right.
  • Improvement → Podcasts can now be purchased on our plans page.

Sprint #10 -  May 11 - May 25

  • Improvement → After implementing podcasts you now can purchase them on our plans page. A video with more details will follow soon.
  • Improvement → There have been requests to make it easier to delete videos. We now intregrated this function in our context menu to make it more available.

  • Fix & Improvement → Dealing with all the different browser really isn't easy! It happened that the last segements in the dubbr recorder weren't displayed, but this is history now.
  • Fix → And again this z-index. What is that anyway? In the dubbr segements were overlayed from the interface below. So gone it is now.
  • Fix → Clicking on a watchlist on the videos page the menu is supposed to close itself again. We talked to it and it understands now, how it works.
  • Fix → Drag & drop wasn't working properly. It does now.
  • Fix → videosByCategory didn't count all the languages and showed videos with only one language available. But hey, we are multilingual!
  • Improvement → Looking at our GoServer we saw a lot of unnecessary stuff around, so we called our janitor and he got rid of some code. Why? In favor of performance and stability, of course!
