Me llamo Martin Weiche y soy de Mannheim. Obtuve el master de ciencias de medios en la Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes en Brunswick. Trabajo desde hace años como creativo para la agencia “skipstone”, que se encuentra en el mismo edificio que alugha.

¿Qué diferencia dirías entre Martin de hoy y el de hace 10 años?
Gracias a la experiencia ganada y a su papel de padre, el actual Martin es más maduro e inteligente. En particular por lo que respecta al trato a las personas - especialmente al trabajar en equipo, bajo estrés.
¿Qué haces con tu tiempo libre?
Entretener a mis niños, ir en bici de carretera, planificar viajes que nunca haré, y desde hace poco, toco la guitarra.
¿Cuáles son tus tareas en alugha?
Como trabajador “externo” puedo presentar mi experiencia en todas partes de la empresa. Traduzco, doblo, trabajo en el sector gráfico, hago el brainstorming para alugha y formo parte del equipo de marketing… y como el campeón no oficial de futbolín, entreno a mis colegas…
¿Cómo alugha ha despertado tu interés?
Alugha se ha instalado en el piso de abajo… y allí está la máquina de café común.
¿Por qué te gusta ser un Alughano?
Porque las tareas son variadas y puedo hacer muchas cosas nuevas. Y porque casi siempre gano contra “alugha” en el futbolín.
¿Dónde te ves a ti y a la empresa en el futuro?
Es una pregunta difícil - me gustaría ver alugha en una lista con WhatsApp, Facebook, Google, Uber y eBay. El mundo digital se desarrolla tan rápido que, de momento, estoy feliz de poder colaborar con el éxito.
¿Cuál es tu gran sueño?
Que mi idea “alugha P.O.I.N.T.S.” formará parte de la exitosa historia de alugha.
