Heuchler oder Lügner können unsere geistige Gesundheit belasten. Heuchler sagen oft das eine, tun aber etwas anderes, wodurch wir uns letztlich die Frage stellen, ob wir wirklich Zeit mit ihnen verbringen wollen. Wenn man einen Heuchler zu erkennen vermag, kann man die toxischen Menschen ausschließen, die es nicht wert sind, dass man seine Gedanken an sie verschwendet.
