Traumatische Erlebnisse können viele verschiedene Formen annehmen. Diese Ereignisse können dein Leben beeinflussen und umgestalten und dich dazu bringen, dich von Dingen zurückzuziehen, die dir Spaß gemacht haben. Manchmal fühlst du dich vielleicht auch körperlich bedroht oder hast Angst. Aufgrund der belastenden Gefühle, die das Ereignis ausgelöst hat, fühlst du dich vielleicht nicht mehr wie du selbst oder findest es schwierig, weiterzumachen. Mit dem heutigen Video wollen wir alle Trauma-Überlebenden daran erinnern, dass sie nicht allein sind. Was du durchmachst, sind natürliche emotionale Reaktionen und es gibt keinen Grund, sich zu schämen.
