How long have you been working for alugha?

I spent a proud six months at alugha as an intern.

What part of your job do you enjoy most?

Most of all I will probably miss the "Stanni" cafés and OJ's with my colleagues. In general, the working atmosphere with such a versatile team has become dear to my heart.

Which project / task / experience did you enjoy most in the last year?

I enjoyed the most to participate at appointments with known customers and to have made my small contribution to alugha's success.

No workplace is perfect. What would you like to change at alugha?

On the one hand, tons of ice on the third floor would probably be a good purchase, on the other hand, certain aspects of communication between the individual departments could be improved.

Have you discovered a new side to yourself?

I'd better practice some more table soccer.

To what extent did the international team influence you?

The international team has influenced me to the extent that I am constantly given new perspectives on life and can thus broaden my own horizon. It's also a great way to teach each other new languages and sayings that you wouldn't learn so quickly, otherwise.

What challenge did you have to face?

Personally, rather indirectly. But I was happy to support the developers during the development of the dubbr to make the dubbr as smooth and user-friendly as possible for our users.

What's your personal big dream?

Still eating the five whoppers.

What's your advice to a new alughan?

It is best to start with a lot of initiative and enthusiasm and do everything in your power to achieve your goals.
