I’m Lucien Geis and I’m doing my practical semester at alugha and I’m a man of few words.
Which three words describe you best?
Calm, humble, determined
How are you different now than you were ten years ago?
I am older and wiser.
What is your favourite thing to do in your freetime?
Reading, programming and spending time with my family.
What are your tasks at alugha?
I’m in charge of strategic and operational marketing, with a pinch of managerial accounting tasks.
What guided you to alugha?
A call from my wife.
Why do you like being an alughian?
Because the alughians are a friendly, open-minded crowd. Here, you can express yourself openly and free of prejudice. Together, they are fighting purposefully day by day to make the world a little better and fairer.
Where do you see yourself and the company in the future?
Define future...I don’t make plans too far into the future because you never know what the next day brings. The company, on the other hand, can look forward to an exciting time. The technological change brings many opportunities and challenges for alugha, which they have to overcome together. However, I am sure that the alughians will be victorious in the end.
What is your own big dream?
Not seeing the world descend into total chaos in my lifetime.
