Do you suspect that you might be manipulative? OR that someone else is? Knowing the signs of manipulation can save you potentially from a really toxic relationship. Studies show that people who are manipulated are more likely to suffer from mental health issues later on and become manipulators themselves. In order to stop the cycle, become aware of the signs of manipulation and start asking yourself why you resort to such methods. Self-awareness is the first step toward healing.
