Probablement t'hauran parlat de les tres formes de promig.
4, 6, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12
Mitjana = 8
Mediana = 7
Moda = 6
Sovint el rang s'afegeix a aquestes tres formes, tot i que en realitat no és una mesura del promig. És la diferència entre el valor més gran i el més petit de les dades.
Així que aquí el rang és 12 menys 4, que és 8.

El rang proporciona el context per a la mitjana, la mediana i la moda. Si el rang és gran, llavors la mitjana, la mediana o la moda podrien no representar molt bé les dades. En canvi, si el rang és petit, les dades estaran més ben representades. En aquest vídeo aprendrem sobre el rang més detalladament.

In this video, we are going to look at parallel lines. To find the equation of parallel lines, we still use the y=mx + c equation, and because they have the same gradient, we know straight away that the gradient ‘m’ will be the same. We then just need to find the missing y-intercept ‘c’ value.
