Here at alugha, we love technology and use it in creative ways for our users to provide unique features and an outstanding experience.

When developing software, the people behind it also evolve. When we started with alugha, we published an update every week. That wasn't hard either, because there was just always something to release. After 2 years we were at least ready to extend the development cycles to 2 weeks. Our "baby" was getting more and more mature. By the end of 2019, we moved to releasing an update every 4 weeks until September 2022, when we decided that alugha was fully grown. alugha is so comprehensive that there is something for a very large intersection of users. So time to think about it all again. The upcoming projects for AI, LiveStreaming, voice cloning and more.... are projects that simply need more time. Time that we are now happy to give our development team and also our marketing team. That's why we've introduced new "development cycles" starting in December 2022. We now develop for 4 weeks and then give ourselves 2 weeks to test it extensively. Another benefit is that 4 weeks is enough to develop an MVP and let our users decide if we are on the right track.

Bug fixes

  • Fix -> Finally fixed the issue where custom languages were not showing up on iOS.
  • Fix -> Also fixed the issue where mails to reset passwords were not sent
  • Fix -> Updated the alugha2go page to allow only supported languages to be selected.*happy*.
  • Fix-> Finally on the profile menu, the collaborations are displayed.

Improvements

Finally alugha has improved STT language support and recognition quality, available as a paid booster.

Nice: alugha has a new notification system, so you always stay up-to.-date. You will receive notifications about new video content and articles.
