Première partie de la série «Accent Droits de l'Homme". Il traite des droits civils et politiques, les violations des droits de l'homme et de l'histoire des droits de l'homme. La série se compose d'un clip de vue d'ensemble et d'un clip sur chacune des trois dimensions de droits de l'homme. La première dimension concerne les droits civils et politiques, la seconde dimension comprend les droits économiques, sociaux et culturels et la troisième dimension se compose des droits collectifs. Au-delà, quelques grands thèmes sont traités. Par exemple: l'histoire des droits de l'homme, le rôle des organisations non gouvernementales comme Amnesty International et Human Rights Watch, ou les problèmes du système de droits de l'homme. Ensemble, le clip vue d'ensemble et les trois clips spécifiques donnent une connaissance approfondie sur les droits de l'homme.
