This video serves as an explanation for the use of the electric awning of your motorhome ARTO by your motorhome manufacturer Niesmann+Bischoff. Please press the button with the symbol of a down arrow on your radio remote control to extend the awning. The awning works with 230 Volt external current. Please note that the inverter must be switched on if there is no 230 Volt external power available. You can extend the awning until you reach the awning box by hand. Press the central button on the remote control to stop the awning. After that, you can fold and set up the support feet from the awning box. Please push against the spring and then fold out the support leg. You can pull up the support leg and adjust it to the desired height. Fold the locking lever upwards as follows. Please execute this procedure with both support feet of the awning. We delivered pegs to fix the two supports into the ground. In case of light winds, the awning should be retracted. In the accessories commerce, you can purchase safety ropes to secure the awning against wind. You can then extend the awning further, using the radio remote control and move it to the desired position. Please place the supports straight and fix them in the ground by using the pegs. When you want to retract the awning of your motorhome ARTO, please remove the pegs from the ground. After that, please retract the awning using the upper button on the radio remote control. For the time being, just make sure to retract the awning until you can reach the awning box with your hands. Fold down the locking lever to retract the awning linkage. Then you can insert the linkage. You can then fold up the support feet and let them engage in the awning box by means of the spring. After you have folded both support feet into the awning box, you can retract the awning completely. In addition, the awning is illuminated. The lighting can be set at the second light switch from above, at the entrance door of your luxury motorhome ARTO. As of the 2016 model year, a radio remote control for controlling the lighting is also included. When you use the remote control, you can turn the lighting on and off and you can also dim it.
