Toxische Positivität kann sich in Form von gut gemeinten Kommentaren oder Vorschlägen wie "Du kommst schon drüber weg!" oder "Sei einfach positiv!" äußern. Der Kult der Positivität gibt einem das Gefühl, dass die eigenen Meinungen und Gefühle nicht ernst genommen werden.
