自制无糖花生酱

对于2型糖尿病患者来说,吃得好并不总是那么容易。你几乎在所有东西中都能找到糖...通常甚至是大量的。商店里的花生酱通常每100克含有8-12克糖。 如果你不想在家里有不必要的塑料垃圾,想以最适合自己的方式制作花生酱,那么就管理糖含量而言,这应该不是真正的挑战。这很简单,可以在不到 20 分钟的时间内完成(好吧 * 哈哈除了剥花生需要相当长的时间之外!) 你需要什么? -400克新鲜花生(无盐) -少许蜂蜜或花生油 -有一点时间去壳花生。我是在看电视的时候做到的,有一部很棒的纪录片讲述了 NDR 上沉没的驳船,所以一切都很棒。 -搅拌器 最后有一个小提示!花生的质量对花生酱的味道很重要。我喜欢买贵一点的,但它们确实不错。
