La multitarea es algo que todos intentamos hacer a lo largo del día... con diversos grados de éxito. Pero, ¿y si los videojuegos pudieran ayudar? Un estudio realizado en 2013 puso a prueba dos grupos de personas, y descubrió que aquellos que jugaban a videojuegos en el lapso de diez semanas eran mejores en multitareas que aquellos que no lo hicieron. Aún más: los jugadores fueron capaces de centrarse en tareas secundarias sin interferir con las primarias. Así, ¿por qué los jugadores son mejores en las multitareas? Piénsalo. Si juegas a un juego de disparos en primera persona, tienes que seguir objetos, vigilar tu munición y concentrarte en la misión, todo a la vez".
