La multitasca és quelcom que tots probem de fer tot el dia... i ho aconseguim amb diferents graus. Però, i si els videojocs poguéssin ajudar? Un estudi del 2013 amb dos grups de persones, va trobar que els que jugaven a videojocs en el període de deu setmanes eren millors en multitasques que els que no ho van fer. Encara més: els jugadors van poder centrar-se en tasques secundàries sense interferir amb les primàries. Llavors, per què els jugadors són millors en multitasques? Penseu en això: si jugueu a ser tiradors en primera persona, heu de seguir els objectes, vigilar la munició i centrar-vos en la missió, tot alhora”.
