Mentally strong people know how to manage their emotions, reflect on themselves, and see the bigger picture in hard times. If you're already doing things like taking feedback from others, not ruminating about the past, forgiving easily, is kind to others, then chances are you already demonstrating the habits of what a mentally strong person would do.
