Then the onion rings are mixed with oil and flour, seasoned well and baked in the air fryer at 160 degrees for a total of 17 minutes until crispy. In between, the whole thing is shaken so that all rings cook evenly. At the end, we let the onion rings dry on a baking sheet before serving. Perfect as a snack or side dish, for example with vegan gypsy schnitzel. Have fun making it and bon appétit!
