Did you know that sometimes it is our thoughts, not behaviors that hurt relationships? Psychologist Jeffrey Bernstein says it is important for partners to learn to listen by reflecting on the NEEDS of their romantic partner. This could be things like "I know you need this from me" or "I hear what you say when you say.." etc. Listening skills can go a long way.
