Depressionen sind als stille Killer bekannt, da sie dem Betroffenen große Schmerzen bereiten, aber nach außen hin unsichtbar sind, vor allem wenn der Betroffene sie gut versteckt. Und in unserer Gesellschaft herrscht immer noch eine bestimmte Vorstellung davon, wie Depressionen aussehen oder sein sollten. Daher fällt es den Betroffenen nicht schwer, sie so gut zu verbergen. Um das Stigma zu beseitigen, findest du hier einige Möglichkeiten, wie Menschen ihre Ängste verbergen.
