Dissoziation ist ein Verteidigungsmechanismus, bei dem wir unbewusst widersprüchliche oder bedrohliche Emotionen aus unserem Unterbewusstsein wegschieben. Es ist eine Form der Abschottung deiner Gefühle, damit du dich nicht mit ihnen auseinandersetzen musst.
