Es gibt viele Wege, wie unser Körper Stress entkommt. Eine Art ist durch Dissoziation. Dissoziation ist ein Verteidigungsmechanismus, bei dem wir unbewusst widersprüchliche oder bedrohliche Emotionen aus unserem Unterbewusstsein wegschieben. Es ist eine Form der Abschottung deiner Gefühle, damit du dich nicht mit ihnen auseinandersetzen musst. Im Folgenden findest du ein paar Anzeichen dafür, dass du Dissoziation erlebst oder erlebt hast.
