Peanut butter from the store often contains 8-12 grams of sugar per 100 grams. If you don't want to have unnecessary plastic at home and want to make peanut butter the way it is best for you, then this shouldn't really be a challenge in terms of managing sugar content. It's very easy and can be done in less than 20 minutes (well *lol aside from the fact that shelling fresh peanuts takes quite some time!) What do you need? - 400 grams of fresh peanuts (unsalted) - A little honey or peanut oil - Some time to shell the peanuts. I did it while watching TV, there was an awesome documentary about a sunken barge on NDR, so everything was great. - A blender A small tip at the end! The quality of the peanuts is important for the taste of the peanut butter. I like to buy something a little more expensive but they are really good.
Erdnussbutter sebst machen ohne Zucker_Vertikal
Für Typ 2 Diabetiker ist es so eine Sache mit dem guten Essen. Man muss immer wieder feststellen, dass eigentlich überall Zucker drin ist.... Oft sogar in unfassbarem Überfluss. In Erdnussbutter aus dem Laden ist oft 8-12 gr/100gr an Zucker drin. Wenn du kein unnötiges Plastik zu Hause haben und deine Erdnussbutter so machen möchtest, wie es für dich am besten ist, dann ist das keine echte Herausforderung was den kontrollierten Zuckerhaushalt angeht. Es geht sehr einfach und in weniger als 20 Minuten (naja *lol abgesehen davon, dass das Schälen der frischen Erdnüsse so seine Zeit dauert!). Was brauchst du? - 400 gr. frische Erdnüsse (ungesalzen) - Ein wenig Honig oder Erdnussöl - Etwas Zeit zum schälen der Erdnüsse (hab ich nebenbei beim TV schauen gemacht, war gerade ne geile Doku über ein versunkenes Binnenschiff auf NDR also alles super) - Einen Mixer Kleiner Tipp noch am Ende! Die Qualität der Erdnüsse ist nicht ganz unwichtig für den Geschmack der Erdnussbutter. Ich kaufe dafür gerne etwas teurere aber dafür sind die echt gut.
