Jeder Mensch empfindet Angst unterschiedlich. Deine Vorstellung von Angst muss nicht immer mit der Art und Weise übereinstimmen, wie sie sich äußert. Du erkennst vielleicht keine Angstzustände bei jemandem, der privat damit zu kämpfen hat. Wir haben dieses Video gemacht, um Missverständnisse und Stigmatisierung zu beseitigen und das Bewusstsein dafür zu schärfen.
Man sollte also immer freundlich sein, denn man weiß nie, womit andere zu kämpfen haben, wenn sie allein sind. Wenn du unter Angstzuständen leidest, denke daran, dass du nicht allein bist.
