The term dark empath is a relatively new term to refer to someone who uses their empathy for manipulation. Sounds somewhat familiar to someone with narcissistic or psychopathic traits? A dark empath is someone who is manipulative but not necessarily malicious. We previously did a video covering what happens when a narcissist meets a dark empath.
