Stephanom Borrmannom, profesorom na Sveučilištu Johannes Gutenberg Mainz i znanstvenim članom na Institutu za kemiju Max Planck, te klimatskim znanstvenikom dr. Dirkom Notzom. Dr. Dirk Notz vodi istraživačku skupinu "Sea Ice in the Earth System" na Max Planck Institutu za meteorologiju u Hamburgu od 2008. godine. (Status studeni 2019)

Flugzeuge erzeugen in der Luft unsichtbare Turbulenzen, sogenannte Wirbelschleppen. Für nachfolgende Maschinen sind diese spürbar. Durch die Klimaerwärmung tritt im Bereich des Jetstreams vermehrt Windscherung auf. Starke Turbulenzen können entstehen.

Air pollution has many causes. The biggest polluter is energy production, with two-thirds of particulate emissions coming from coal-fired power plants. Road traffic and factory farming in agriculture also contribute to this.
