The LVR-Museum MiQua. LVR-Jewish Museum in the Cologne Archaeological Zone (see also https://miqua.blog/). The video shows a wide variety of information about the cornerstone of MiQua. The MiQua is being built over part of the approximately 6,000 square meter archaeological excavation area on and around the Town Hall Square in the center of the city of Cologne. The site is archaeologically relevant for Roman times, Jewish history and the Middle Ages in Cologne. After the museum is completed, a permanent exhibition underground on the Town Hall Square shows some of the most important archaeological evidence of Cologne's city history and the Rhineland on a 600-meter long tour (with numerous integrated exhibition areas): the Roman Praetorium, the Medieval Jewish Quarter and the Goldsmith Quarter.
