Why do we feel lonely in a world where there are billions of people? In a world where we are more connected than ever, why is the suicide rate increasing, and mental health declining? One of the reason is because we are less willing to talk to people face to face. Without that face to face connection, we don't truly get the endorphins we need to feel good.
