Optionally, you can let the meat rest for a while to allow the spices to penetrate better (I think this is the effect), then take a large pan or pot and heat some diced onions and olive oil in it for a few minutes. When the onions start to brown, add the meat and cook thoroughly over a low heat. Pasta - Prepare a pan with plenty of water, salt generously and bring to the boil. Then add all the pasta and cook for as long as you like - for me they are soft enough after about 7 minutes. Sauce - Wash and dice your vegetables (you can use things like carrots, celery or more onions) and then add them to a bowl along with all the tinned tomatoes and garlic cloves. Season this mixture with the above spices to taste and mix everything together until there are no large chunks of vegetables left. The final assembly - Combine the sauce with the meat and simmer until it has a reasonably thick consistency. A few minutes before serving, add both cheeses in a 2:1 ratio, the less fancy one to the fancier one, and allow them to melt into the sauce (this may require some manual stirring). When the sauce is ready, take a couple of bowls and toss in some pasta, then pour a generous amount of sauce over it and grate in some more cheese, why not. So and now your very own amateur chemistry cat-approved spaghetti is ready, now you can do what you want with it (eating it is a good option, but setting it on fire is pretty tempting too). --------------------------------------------------- Also sorry for my poor pronunciation skills, English is not my first language so I have some problems with pronunciation.
