Robotic instruments are designed to rotate to such a degree, & to bend to such an angle, that is not humanly possible! There are no tremors at the tip of the instruments! The instruments can reach at the most difficult places for surgeon’s to reach humanly ! Minor movements of surgeon’s hands are transmitted precisely to instrument tip. Even the most difficult and complex surgeries can be performed with accuracy. There are no big cuts & recovery is faster. Presently, robotic surgery has shown its superiority in only few cancer operations.
