For 2 portions of French fries, you need: -300 ml oat milk -300 ml water -2 tsp vegetable broth -1 tsp salt -2 tsp thyme -2 tsp paprika powder -1 tsp turmeric -pepper to taste -250 g corn grits -olive oil To make 2 servings of celery cutlets you need: -1 celeriac -50 g flour -75 ml oat milk -1 tsp mustard -1/2 tsp salt -1/2 tsp pepper -1/2 tsp garlic powder -50 g breadcrumbs -1 tsp paprika powder -2 tbsp oil -salt and pepper (to taste) The ingredients for 2 portions of mayo are: -200 ml oat milk -300 ml rapeseed oil -4-5 tbsp yeast flakes -2 tsp mustard -salt for seasoning -2 tbsp fresh lemon juice Preparation time: approx. 36 minutes for everything!
