The video series is meant to expose curious minds to the application of the scientific method to basic concepts in engineering. This video is part of the AE2135-I Structural Analysis and Design course at TUDelft Faculty of Aerospace Engineering. In this video, we will quickly derive some simple shortcut equations for determining resultant forces and moments acting on an idealized sheet using the boom-sheet approximation. Th
