BLACK SWAN - TRAILER (full official film trailer) creative clip- NATALIE PORTMAN

HDTVNEWS REVIEW: Black Swan is the 2010 American psychological thriller film directed by Darren Aronofsky. Natalie Portman is the star, with Vincent Cassel, and Mila Kunis. the story revolves around a production of the worldwide acclaimed Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake ballet by a prestigious New York City company. The production requires a ballerina to play both the innocent White Swan and the sensual Black Swan. In this story, only one dancer, Nina (Portman), is a perfect fit for the White Swan, while Lily (Kunis) has a personality that matches the Black Swan. But when the two compete for the parts, Nina finds a dark side to herself. rnThe Black Swan is directed by Darren Aronofsky. I saw met him in Venice when he won the Award for his film. it was a real thrill being back on the Lido, the luxury mediterranean seaside resort. in 2008 Darren Aronofsky was winning Venice's Golden Lion award for The Wrestler (see our video-news live from Venice 2008, with the winners after the Award Ceremony ).rnBut Venice Film Festival was a beautiful festival only in the past, thanks to Gian Luigi RONDI amazing dedication for years, who launched it to its international level, but only up till he left as president of Venice Biennale and Film Festival, up till 2000 (or sort of), as he went back to Rome then. rnNow, Gian luigi RONDI (since 2008) is launching with the same spirit and same amazing skills the worldwide acclaimed ROMA CINEMA FEST, where he is president again - He is also film critic and TV presenter (il cinematografo)-. Roma Cinema fest is thrilling and innovative, the most quality acclaimed among the critics as a choice, and among the top 5 film festivals in the world in 2011. It is the perfectly respected by the major Hollywood Film Industry, and by all Hollywood studios executives, and by the creative world, the artists, the public, and is perfectly run in Rome by Gian Luigi RONDI. ROMA CINEMA FEST is always putting the films first. The audiences are generous and true cinema fans. The one who love genuine cinema, who enjoy entertainment, and the films from the golden era of cinema love it.rnSo, each time I was at venice Film Festival (since 1995 each year), it was a crazy few 10 days filled with press and screenings where all were very supportive. rnrnNatalie Portman was certainly the pride of The Royal Film premiere in London in 2008. Based on the best-selling novel, The Other Boleyn Girl is a captivating tale of intrigue, romance and betrayal starring Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson, and Eric Bana. rnBut above all is the Star. And Natalie Portman is the pride of all in this beautiful film. Starring as the wonderful Swan - the pride of all among the bird ! (sic)-, is an achievement.rnrnA digression on the concept white vs black (as in the Black Swan). It's a tremendously interesting subject. White/black, black & white, is it the psychological background of the story? The dual aspect we all have in us, demonstrates a concept which goes as far back as the universe exists, as far as human exists. Black & white as a concept demonstrates also the ability human being has to identify good and evil, and when in a mature status , the ability to choose between black & white, ie between wrong and good, that is to allow either the white side or the dark side of human nature to be in control. we are all made the same, but once identified the duality in our nature, what do we do ? no wonder the film director and writers of the story chose the image of a swan.... as the black swan could be compared to the dark animal side in each one of us , what the judeochristian culture would would mention as 'the flesh', which i'd just mention as our status as part of the earthly biological environment, that is being made the same like animals (or sort of , in part)... Here, the genius part is the animal is a swan. That is usually a metaphore for 'pure beauty'. so the metaphor seems to me very strong, so deep. Here is a swan which is beautiful and so pure, which happens to be from time to time falling into a 'black swan'. As both aspects are in one character... as is in all of us ! that is the universal aspect of it, all human being are created to be a white swan, but have to acknowledge that from time to time the swan becomes or remain a black swan. By the matter of fact it seems as the fairy tale of the little swan born in a duck familly and happens to understand only when mature that in fact he is not a duck (here we could say a black swan) like all around him, but a perfectly beautiful white swan -unlike others - ! that is may be where the extraordinary takes place ! the unexpected. rnAcknowledging you are special, extraordinary in your own ways - and you have skills, so your skills are - is the beauty of it all !rnREVIEW©2011-APR05- J.R for HDTVNEWS (updated 1/ Apr 05)rnrnHDTVNEWS VIDEO : ROYAL FILM PREMIERE "THE OTHER BOLEYN GIRL'
