Learning yoga is not easy. One of the most challenging aspects is being able to link movement and breath. When you are a beginner its hard enough to move and figure out how to get into the correct position for your own body so moving with your breath is and added challenge you should look forward to. The more you practice the better you get. Don't be afraid to be a beginner. If you can keep up with this flow and move with your breath your are ready for more challenging aspects or another level of challenge such as jumping or flying or double push ups.
